Studio pricing
One price list, published.
Per machine, excluding VAT, delivered to one address in mainland Great Britain with import duty paid. The more machines you order, the less each one costs.
Founding studios. The first five studios to order get 10 % off every machine in their order. In return, we ask for photographs of your studio once it is set up, and your permission to show them here with your studio’s name. We do not ask you for a review.
VAT, where it applies, is shown on your quote. If a founding place is still open, the discount is on your quote too.
How long do the machines take to earn back?
Put in your own figures. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Class fees only, before rent, instructors and your other costs. This is your arithmetic, not a forecast from us.
Ordering
Order three months before you open.
Every machine is built to order with your logo, then shipped by sea. From your deposit to your door, allow about three months, and plan your opening around it.
Send your plan from the planner, or tell us the room and the number of machines. We reply in writing with a price and a realistic date.
Your machines are built with your logo and your colour.
Your machines are made at the manufacturer’s factory, with your logo and colour.
The balance is due before the machines leave. They go to the port and through export, then about 55 days at sea and on to your door, with UK import duty already paid.
Crated on pallets, about 110 kg each, delivered to the kerb by a lorry with a tail lift. Tell us about your access when you ask for a quote.
You will not have to chase us
When do you open?
We count back about three months, plus two weeks to set the room up.
Who you are dealing with
A new name. Here is everything you would want to check.
What we will not do: a discount that ends tonight, a “only 2 left” counter, or ask for money before you have approved a written quote.
Questions
What studio owners ask us
Does a quote commit us to anything?
No. A quote is free. Nothing is made and nothing is paid until you approve it in writing and pay the 30 % deposit.
What is a founding studio?
One of the first five studios to order. You get 10 % off every machine in your order, and we ask for photographs of your set-up studio and permission to show them here with your name. We never ask for a review. Your quote tells you whether a place is still open.
How do we pay?
A 30 % deposit by bank transfer starts production. The balance is due before the machines leave the factory. You get an invoice for each payment.
Why does delivery take three months?
Each machine is built after you order, with your logo: 10 to 15 days. Getting to the port and through export takes 12 to 18 days, then about 55 days at sea and on to your door. That adds up to about three months, and it is what keeps the price where it is. Port congestion or a customs inspection can add time, so if you have an opening date, order three months ahead and leave a margin.
Where exactly does the logo go, and what does it cost?
It is a printed vinyl decal, applied at the factory on the side of the frame at the head end or on the maple end cap. It costs nothing, even on a single machine. A metal plate is possible at extra cost. Send us your logo file and we confirm the size and position with you before production.
Can the machines be inspected before they ship?
Yes, if you ask. An independent inspection company checks your machines at the factory before they leave. We pass on its cost at price, and put it on your quote.
Can we see the machine before we order?
We have no showroom. Ask us and we send the full video of the machine being folded and unfolded, plus the photographs on this page in full size.
What documents can we give our insurer?
Ask us for the product documentation we hold from the manufacturer. Tell us what your insurer asks for and we answer before you pay anything.
What happens if a part fails?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the frame for 10 years, the springs for 3 years and the other parts for 1 year. We send a repaired or new part, shipping paid, for any fault not caused by misuse.
Will we know where our machines are?
Yes. We email you when production starts, when the machines leave the factory and when they reach the UK.
Do you deliver outside mainland Great Britain?
Not at the moment. Our prices include delivery to one address in mainland Great Britain.
