What we do with what you send us

Who is responsible
Stillrail is a trading name of Yann Dauchy EI, a sole trader registered in France (SIRET 108 674 714 00010), registered office 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Yann Dauchy is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@stillrail.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form, and the emails you send us:
- what you are asking for (a quote, the specifications and video, or a video call);
- your studio’s name, your name and your email address;
- your town or postcode, the number of machines, the date you need them and your delivery access;
- your message, including the summary of your studio plan if you used the planner.
What stays on your device. The logo you upload in the planner, the 3D view of your studio and the figures you enter in the calculators are handled in your browser. They are not sent to us.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare your quote: steps you ask us to take before a contract (UK GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on that quote, and to keep a record of what we told you: our legitimate interest in running the business (article 6(1)(f)).
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your details.
Who else handles it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions, in the United States. The transfer is covered by the contractual safeguards in Netlify’s data processing agreement.
- OVHcloud provides our email, in the European Union.
- To show this page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Both receive your IP address in order to send the files.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
- A quote request that does not lead to an order: 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- If you order: your invoices and the related correspondence for 10 years, as French accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@stillrail.co.uk; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
